I decided to donate a 8x10 print of that Milky Way #photography 📸📷 I took to the United Way fundraiser here at work.

Judging from past efforts for me to do so, I will raise, if I am lucky... $10.

If you want to learn how to do this, I learned how to do this and took this on one of @bryanhansel 's courses.

It has occurred to me, just listening to an old podcast episode on Atlantis, that perhaps the "Martian Origin" of humans in H Beam Piper's Lord Kalvan (and other stories) AH multiverse is a strike against the "Out of Africa" origin of humans, and so, is racist as frak.

It's pretty definitive to say that Shingles has ruined my quality of life this month

--recurrent pain that makes it difficult to do the things I like to do and need to do

--insomnia

--fatigue

--those three have spoiled my mood and made me a meaner and less tolerant person, which I hate.

So, one of my Chinese colleagues expressed interest in a print of one of the photos I took during my astrophotography course (the @bryanhansel one I took this summer) . My colleague arrived today and I gave him the photo to his delight.

He surprised me with gifting one of his landscape photos to me in turn.
