Let's kick off our day with the chat. For today's chat, what tasks are you working on? Anything you've been waiting to finish but have been putting off? Maybe you can get that done before the day is over?

For me, I just have work, per usual. I am going to be taking a certification exam sometime today. I also have been trying to get a client onboarding checklist complied so maybe I can get that done.

@kylewritescode There are. I messed with everything. I downloaded an app to maybe help. But also I'm trying to do some recordings through Nvidia's app and it seems I'm not the only one with issues with this. I need to test via some other methods. I just need to find some time to mess with it and test.

Oh you haven't been on Twitter since November?! Have you been here? I created my account here months ago but after all the mess and X drama that was the end of it and I started learning to use this. Do you go back to Twitter to check on people? I still look but don't really comment anymore and my checks are less frequent.

I can't watch with unless there are more folks on the West Coast posting. So I lurk on all the posts and like and sometimes comment 😀

@MirrorAyako @allstartrek Yeah I've caught a couple of you that I know, but will the others come here? Or do they just accept the X? I know some friends from other communities tried to leave but couldn't get their heads around the federated thing, or it was just easier staying there, or so many friends are still there...or whatever reason. I feel sad that this has split communities.

I did try that! It didn't work very well. When commercials were on, I didn't know and would be ahead of everyone. If I paused to take a short break, I'd have to figure out where to catch up. It was a lot of management!

Yeah I wasn't watching at all after not being synced with east coast..I'd just post on their comments. But I'll see if I can try like suggested and watch anyway via a streaming service.

I am solely self taught. Everything I know, web development, software development, IT work, all has been self learned. I just get out there and learn it. I want to know, I take the effort to learn it.

I went to college, because that's what everyone did if one wanted an education, until not long ago. Since then, I've never stopped learning and have taught myself a few disciplines other than my field.
