Trump's initial response to wasn't testing, PPE or quarantines. Trump's big idea was a payroll tax cut for people who weren't earning a paycheck due to business closures. And for those still working, it would cut contributions to Social Security and Medicare.

Trump called into CNBC's Squawk Box this morning. Besides his usual firehose of lies, he proposed a 50% tariff on cars built in Mexico - which should be a shock to the signers of Trump's NAFTA replacement, the USMCA. Again, he claims he never met E. Jean Carroll.

SCOTUS didn't rebut the Colorado court finding - upheld by the State Supreme Court - that Trump is an insurrectionist. They created a new federal legislative requirement for disqualification. In short, SCOTUS did Trump a solid. Effing SCOTUS!

Trump committed crimes before, during and after his one-and-only term of service. No one - not even the President of the United States - is above the law. The Supreme Court is assisting Trump in making a mockery of the rule of law by granting a writ of certiorari for such an insane notion as permanent presidential immunity.
