Ever since my AirPods Max died, the only thing I really raely miss is how much actual background noise they blocked out. Now on the quest for a much cheaper solution.

If tomorrows event from Apple is about iPads, for me, the best features for iPads for me as a voiceOver user are:

  1. Command+Tab between apps with a bt keyboard,

  2. Apps side by side via split screen view,

  3. Settings screen, Mail etc with categories/content view,

  4. Larger QWERTY keyboard layout to allow touch typing,

  5. Better sound with stereo speakers in landscape,

  6. Swift Play Grounds app to lern/practise coding,

  7. Prefer to have a separate tablet to my iPhone,

  8. Longer battery life than that of my iPhone.

  9. Using an all in one case that compreises a keybaord and the tablet,

  10. More items on the doc plus suggestions, and

  11. Cheaper than buying an iPhone.

Just hope tomorrow Apple also streamlines the iPad product line down from 5.

Seriously @visionaustralia, sending a product at the very least to a person who is blind containing a product for a person who is blind, and you have a print brochure, how about the same brochure with Braille as well, gees, is this the best we can do!!!!!!

I think it still surprises folks when I still recommend Windows over the Mac, particularly for screen magnification first, and screen reading second. Zoomtext out does Zoom, and JAWS/NVDA/JAWS outdoes Voiceover. Pity not more 3rd party solutions for the Mac.

After my AirPods Max died, I wanted a light weight pair of over ear head phones that could connect to multiple Bt devices, be warn all day, at least 18HR battery life, easily mute mic, functions voiced, and wasn’t to expensive. The Logitech Zone Vibe 100 handeley meets all these needs.

Due to lack of interest/orders for the BT Speak basic, Blazie technologies will only be selling the BT Speak pro for purchase.

Looking forward to getting my Braille and Speak (whoops BT Speak Pro) in a few weeks, wondering if I will be able to listen to my Audible books on it not having used Linux before?

Another question for the social Media Verse today, do we know what WeWalk is planning for their new hardware for the actual cane? Here is hoping they do two sonar sensors rather than one.

I don't know why this should amaze me, but it is amazing that Apple can make all their products accessible including the Vision Pro, whilst other manufacturers including ones that develop VR headsets can't do the same.
