It is my understanding that Black San Franciscans use (invented?) "Frisco," so it always seems a bit suspect when I hear "Real San Franciscans don't call it Frisco." Just a context note!
At least in the US, Chessex will sell dice individually to consumers through their website chessex.com (though they don't really like to). If you dig through their dice listing you can put together your sets.
Looks like they just did a redesign so hopefully it's easier than when I did it!
