Nuts dot com sponsoring @gruber The Talk Show reminds me of an idea for a great ad read. Back in 2007ish CBS canceled the show Jericho after a single season - for reasons that made sense because of the show the fans response was NUTS! (A nod to Gen McAuliffe in WWII)

Nuts .com stepped up and helped us fans deliver 40,000lbs of nuts to CBS executives and they brought the show back to finish out the story. Wild times.

There’s a career criminal former president sitting in a courtroom where he’s effectively untouchable because he’s appointed the highest court.

He’s admitted he’ll be a dictator from day one if re-elected.

He’s being backed by people who actually know how to execute his deluded visions and they’ll grant them to him so they can install their far right theocratic ideals into our Government.

I am not interested in whataboutism. This is an assault on America. It just is.

Corporate social media is owned by billionaires to keep us mad. It serves multiple purposes but primarily angry people are engaged. Also it serves to keep US mad at US and not at THEM.

The Republican base and the Democrat base aren’t the problems in America, it’s that we’re constantly having tribalism reinforced at EVERY opportunity.

We are 98% similar - the 2% where we diverge is what they exploit to make us hate each other. Turn off the TV. Log off of corporate social media. Touch some grass - literally.

Try to make a friend - maybe even someone who doesn’t see the world the way you do. Echo chambers are bad.

Universal Healthcare is a Conservative ideal.

Conservatives want Americans to pick themselves up by their bootstraps and other platitudes - but we can’t. We’re chained to our desks because going to the doctor is for people who have jobs. Autistic kids are for people who have jobs. Diabetes and AHDH and anxiety and arthritis and cancer and a broken ankle… those are for people with jobs.

How many great American companies never started because their founders are still chained to a desk for a salary so they can afford their daughter’s epipen. Google? Apple? Microsoft? Amazon? Which names did I not mention because they never existed?

The American Dream was always a lie. We’re here to enrich a ruling class and republican politicians are here to craft legislation that enables them to loot the middle class while making us mad at other victims so we don’t bother to look up at the puppeteers.

Nobody in Washington DC cares about you because they know you didn’t put them there.

My 2018 Honda Accord has gone 112k miles with zero input from me. Of the cars 133k miles the overwhelming majority have been autonomously driven with a simple and affordable hardware modification and open source software called OpenPilot.
