I don’t want to invoke any negative memories but my curiosity is unsatisfied - what the hell do these guys PMed you about? We’re all anonymous on Lemmy and Reddit, nobody knows how we look or where are we from and yet publicly stating your own gender is enough to open the floodgates. It is baffling to me. Don’t feel obliged to answer of course if that’s a problem.
Going back to the topic - hello! I used today’s running routine excuse to treat myself with some sweet snacks. Unfortunately I didn’t pick the best ones so I’m left unsatisfied and with a thought that I exceeded my limit. Next time I guess.
It’s so you cannot share the image by itself. A static page with .jpg and nothing else won’t have all that sweet tracking and ads that everyone should enjoy.
Packing: backpacks, bags, organizers, compression sacks, all kinds of things like this. People loathe packing while I just love to play Tetris with my perfectly organized stuff. I have too many bags.
Role-playing games: it is weird because I mostly collect them since there’s no time to play (nor to learn new rules).
Automation: why spend 2 minutes manually something when I can spend 2 hours failing to automate it?
Sorry for a dumb title. I’m considering two versions of Thinkpad Z13 - one with 3k OLED and another with FHD IPS panel. The first one has obviously a better display quality and gamut range but version with IPS will provide more battery life....
The biggest advantage of New Vegas over F3/F4 is that it had actual meaningful quests with multiple paths of resolution. I’m not sure if there’s audience for fetch quests in Mojave but YMMV
Because I can actually observe my adopted cat loving me more with every passing month. We’re learning each other, he communicates with me and gets closer and closer. For the first year he didn’t even think about cuddling but now he’s on my laps everyday. It’s really nice to feel him liking me more and more so I like him back as well. It’s a very positive circle of affection.

Maybe it will be interesting to someone: what you see on the left is an artwork of Aldis, biggest city in a tabletop RPG called Blue Rose. As opposed to classic swords & sorcery, Blue Rose is in romantic fantasy genre.
My perspective is that it’s there so it shows up on search results for “installing Linux” and recommends WSL over bare metal. At least that’s how I understand the wording.

The best thing for me is that you can buy a battery for it on their site with instructions how to do the replacement. Nothing is glued together according to the manual (which probably makes it mory clunky than Surface but oh well). Coreboot is an icing on the cake.
It’s a free update to a beloved game from 25 years ago and a first release to third most selling platform in the world for a price of a burger. If that’s a cash grab I want more of these.
