@melissabeartrix for what it’s worth I send my NAS to wasabi via sync back. All encrypted and very cheap.

@melissabeartrix I’m looking at Arq backup as well.

Technically I backup NAS to 3 x 4TB drives spanned in windows to appear as one and bitlocker protected.

Anything g also backed up to the NAS is encrypted at that point then sync back copies encrypted files to cloud. It’s not encrypting.

But wasabi is cheap even for their Aussie storage. Pay for what you use.

@melissabeartrix And got to show off his sports brand socks and then was on The Project to discuss it and his sports brand while wearing a shirt from his sports brand.

Admitted it wasn’t an issue. Club gave him white socks and he played.

Just like he’s played everyone else for free adverts.

Long night so far.

A call from my sister just after midnight that she’d taken mum to the hospital.

Been holding bedside vigil while sister goes home and gets some sleep. Doctors running tests and whatnot. Morphine for the pain. Machines that go “bing”.

It’s about 4:30am and mum’s snoring with a plethora of tubes and wires.

Eyes are heavy. Chair is uncomfortable. The nurses showed me where I could make a cup of coffee for myself.

All I want is a simple haircut.

Nobody offers bookings. Have left one place after an hours wait with at least 2 hrs to go.

Why is it so hard to have bookings? I find all this stressful and if I can book I know is what’s going on.
