@celrock I don’t despise myself, but I don’t like myself enough to sit around watching my own videos. I’ll play them for audio checks, but that’s about it.
So question, when I do get JAWS, would something like Leasey be of benefit to me? Honestly I thought about buying it just for the games at one point in my life, but that seems really silly now.
@gocu54 gotcha. When I was poking around last night just to see if the thing would install, it seemed largely restricted to pestering me every few minutes complaining that the copy I had installed was not registered. If that’s the worst it does I can ignore that. Haven’t even tried running the games because I know they won’t work.
@kev@gocu54 I don’t really know how it works with anything. I just installed the demo version last night to see if it would actually be anywhere close to useful. I don’t even know what it does.
I normally do not immediately dislike someone I’ve never met, but Yogesh from Jeopardy masters is just asking to be punched. I know nobody is going to agree on everything, but calling anyone who disagrees with you a racist and stupid is over the line, as is distorting the truth to make yourself look good and everyone who disagrees with you look bad.
@GoemonIshikawa I tried to cut the contestants a lot of slack because I know it can’t be easy to be up there, but a butt hole is a butt hole no matter what they do
@evilcookies98@puppygirlhornypost FIDO2 and passkey support is the main other thing that's strangely a proprietary, closed source part of Play services. It all works via sandboxed Google Play, etc. and there's nothing stopping there being other implementations but it's still annoying they would put such a useful security feature into Play services instead of an AOSP mainline module. Their justification is they did it to backport it to ancient Android versions, but they could have done both.
Have I ever mentioned how much I hate typing with a TV remote? It could be any remote and any OS. I just find it tedious. You can’t even touch type. You have to scroll letter by letter. If you want to search for a long title or something, that's just plain inefficient. Look me in the eye and tell me I’m wrong. Google assistant decided to lose its hearing earlier right about the time I wanted to watch something.
OK, so if you decide to put CSR on your watch, I hope you like the sounds it comes with. There’s no way to grant file managing permissions so that means no way to download more.
I can’t say for sure that this will work on all Wear OS devices, but I currently have CSR running on my watch. It’s side loaded quite nicely. Apologies in advance if that’s illegal, but I wanted to try it and see if it would actually run.
@evilcookies98 I mean for me, I don't do a whole lot with my watch. I most certainly don't do anything with texting, so I could probibly use CSR on mine just fine. I just couldn't remember all the different default commands. there are some you can't change on the free version, so would have to try memorizing it. I just use talkback on mine.
@evilcookies98 If @hallen should ever decide to do The Heavy Metal Edition of The Herbie Allen Show, a very, loud, ear splitting musically show that I know I'd hate, and would make me cringe, then sure, bring on the movies!
@celrock@hallen oh, that's right. Sorry about that. I've got so many things I follow. I can't always keep track of what time things are happening. I only suggested that because Sunday is my free evening and my nerves won't be about to snap.
Too bad there’s no sweet spot in the TeamTalk universe between the all powerful admin and the regular human. It would be nice to have a couple of people on hand who can’t blow up the server, but can still kick out the troublemakers.
