today, i got an email from Apple, telling me that a subscription I had purchased that I no longer want was going to automatically renew, with a clear link to cancel. STRANGELY, subscriptions purchased outside of Apple never let me know this or make it easy to cancel.

@palvaro deeply attuned to the problem, we live on a busy corner where a person was killed last year, my daughter is doing her science fair project trying to measure the problem with cameras and computer vision (quick take, it's bad)

We are doing LLM-generated NCAA Men's basketball tournament brackets again!

Last year I pitted Bing (GPT-4 with search) against ChatGPT (recap: https://sigmoid.social/@Riedl/110143664412473513)

This year I a made brackets using Copilot (nee Bing), Gemini (nee Bard), and ChatGPT3.5. I didn't get my ChatGPT bracket in before the NCAA bracket challenge deadline because I had to jailbreak ChatGPT to get any predictions, so that one is on paper.

Gemini bracket has Purdue winning
ChatGPT bracket has UNC winning.
