@jon Almost good! But I prefer the Kreuzberger Bügel https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kreuzberger_B%C3%BCgel which has another crossbeam on half level so you can actually chain frame+front wheel+stand together and also work better for bikes with low step frames.

One thing I actually liked about Telegram is it's feature to optionally have somewhat of a history of profile pictures, rather than just one. So while I didn't keep all of them and have some deleted, this is a selection of some of the pfps I've used and grown attached to, even if I don't use them anymore :)

First: A rather badly taken photo with smeared lipstick -- but I like the haircut (it was just fresh) :D

Dear neurodivergent Twitterverse, I suspect one of my kids might have/be ADHD. I am suspicious of self-assessment tests, and would like to learn more about the SotA for testing (ideally quantitative tests without practice effects). What outside of TOVA exists? Anyone with experience with any such tests?

Also: while I think it's unlikely, I'd be interested to see what reliable tests for neurodivergent traits exist that are for adults?

@HalvarFlake Unfortunately I have no deep knowledge about the specific tests myself (outsourced to an excellent therapist), but I've had the experience that while self-tests may be bad, the self-help tools and skills for ADHD people are often quite helpful to everyone. And those that aren't, well, just no need to use them. So while waiting for a diagnosis etc. and while suspecting, such skills and tips can be helpful to prevent learning dangerous "masking" and prevent trauma while helping with struggles in school, uni and workplace.

Also, the book by
@Adhdinos is a great small fun comic with some really helpful footnotes, further readings and links to studies :)

Hope you get answers that actually pertain the real question as well :'-)

jfc, I'm driving at 30 km/h and car drivers simply overtake me because... I'm a cyclist. It's fuckin 30 km/h speed limit here and you have to accelerate to 40 just to go past me.

And then slow down to sub 30 bcz your fat ass SUV isn't as agile as I'd be so you're even slowing me down. Just because you feel insecure by a cyclist being faster than you.

Oh, and I also accelerate faster to 30 (except if you have an electric car, but those people don't).

Ugh, sometimes I really just want to smash in car windows.

WTaF is wrong with car drivers? We're in 30 km/h zone, again. At a traffic light, I'm right next to the car and accelerate when it turns green, I'm way ahead of the car and would now need to sidle into the actual drive lane because the bike lane ends in a parking strip. So I look back and I see the driver accelerating like crazy so I brake and let him pass, then go into the lane after him. He was way above 30 km/h and only accelerated that much to get past me. After that he decelerates to ~23 km/h but there's no place for me to overtake.

Next traffic light, I now get right around him and place myself in front. I'm faster anyway and have better acceleration. When the lights turn green he accelerates and switches to the opposite lane to overtake me, then slows down again.

What kind of small dumb ego do you need yo have to pull off something like that?!
