I’m not really sure why this doesn’t appear to have a settings toggle, but every time an image is sent in iMessage, some location is sent, whether it’s yours or location data from the image itself....
So rather than disregard the entire thread and move on, everyone just opts to complain about Apple, on an Apple community, rather than offer any advice.

Do any Lemmy apps allow community mods to perform mod actions? Seeing user-submitted reports of inappropriate posts, locking posts, removing posts, banning users from a community, etc.?...
Following the spirit of spreading across the Fediverse (and because my main instance is down so many times, because diverse reasons) I’m intrigued about the joining instance process, because I honestly don’t know what criteria to have in order to join another one if I ever want to do it....
As a brand new user of ChatGPT, I have never been so incredibly impressed and rage-inducing frustrated at exactly the same time with any new tech I’ve ever tried....
I do this as well. I’ll ask it to check for potential issues, and say, “can you make this more concise?” I’ve actually learned a little by how it will shorten my code.
