Found someone's keys. Identified them via the license key for DJ software on a memory stick. Contacted via an anonymous Instagram account at 1am. Handed back the keys at 2am.

@jomo I recently had to interact with the DB Next team because their bad UX caused me to buy a bikepass on a train that has no bike racks. Their answer was „please contact the Fahrgastrechte team“. Which obviously will be of little help as their script just knows 60/120min delay and „no compensation“.
This all is rotten „Konzernkultur“ by the book. i.e.: Attain your KPIs! Deflect responsibility!
The Next app seems to have been created in a particularly nasty flavour of „hustle culture“

@mxk @vollkorn Danke. Ich habs mir vorhin nur gedacht, aber eigentlich soll und muss das jedes mal gesagt werden, dass August Bremicker und SÖHNE genau das heisst. Sie haben die Töchter der Familie vom Erbe des Betriebs ausgeschlossen, weil das mit dem Rollenbild der Frau im Hause ABUS auch im Jahre des Herrn 2023 nicht vereinbar ist.
