did you ever encounter some RP2040 GPIOs just not... working? i.e. you tell it to output a logic high level, but the actual pin is close to GND? we have some pocket keyboards that are like that. there is no short on the board. so i'm wondering how this can happen. damage during soldering, handling?

Neo6502 open source hardware modern retro computer now have TaliForth ported. Also there is very nice Norton Commander like ZionCommander written in Pascal So now we got now: Assembler, Pascal, Forth, NeoBasic, CP/M-65 !

Having USB opens lot of possibilities for Neo6502. Sascha Schneider recently is playing with USB HID support and now RP2040 reads USB mouses and USB Gamepads like these. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzuB4iu07mc this video show the USB NES like gamepad in action

Neo6502 0.15.2 firmware allow GPIO access. pin p, input|output define the pin direction, number 3..10 corresponding to UEXT pin numbers (pin.1 is +3.3V and pin.2 is GND) pin p,0|false or pin p,1:true change the GPIO voltage to 0V or 3.3V. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFFvx9YM1no
