Rappel périodique: ce ne sont pas les flics qui choisissent d'interdire une manif ou non, c'est le pouvoir politique exécutif, encadré par les juges administratifs.
Pour la manif fasciste, le Ministre a voulu l'interdire, et le Conseil d'Etat a été saisi et a tranché que c'était une entrave aux libertés.
Maintenant la question est si les lois sont inadaptées, ou mal appliquées.
Par contre, "l'Etat de Droit pour moi mais pas pour les autres" n'est ni une solution ni une mentalité à cultiver.
