Hé bien, pour le linge qui sent pas bon après le lavage à 30-40° et avec le séchage à l'air libre, je dois bien dire que le bicarbonate de soude dans le compartiment d'assouplissant, ça fait quand même du bien au nez !

Les premiers CDs semblent être pour Mac - Futurecop, MDK, Myth et Drakan.

Donc à vous de nez je dirais que les CDs ont 25 ans.

I urgently need local advice finding a doctor in central Strasbourg, France, on Monday, 2024-04-08. (If you do not know Strasbourg, could you forward this to anyone who might?)

I need a doctor to treat a severe hand infection. I’m not an EU citizen, but I’d be •very• happy to pay. (Je regrette aussi que mon français soit très limité, but at least I remember the subjunctive!)

This infection first manifested itself on my flight to Europe one week ago. “I must have been bitten by a United Airlines Death Spider,” I joked, but soon it became extraordinarily painful and quite debilitating. I was prescribed amoxicillin after I arrived; it’s reduced the spread of the infection but not its core, and I’ve spent most of the last week flat on my back in bed.

I’m on the Viking Rhine Getaway Cruise, a.k.a. A Supposedly Fun Thing I’ll Never Do Again. We arrive tomorrow morning, Monday 2024-04-08, in Breisach, Germany, across the river from central Strasbourg, France. (Unfortunately, ich spreche kein Deutsch.) I need a doctor to treat me before the boat leaves later that day, and before I exhaust whatever stamina I can muster. I also need a pharmacy selling finger splints and slings. (The boat has nothing of the sort in its first-aid kit. There’s almost no internet connectivity either, but I’m hoping I can post this query… eventually….) Any suggestions on how best to find a doctor to see me? (I’ve already tried the more obvious things, thank you.)

Cory Doctorow a créé et popularisé, en anglais, le mot enshitiffication, au point où l’American Dialect Society en a fait son mot de l’année en 2023. Définition de Wikipedia ? «A pattern of decreasing quality» («Une tendance à la baisse de la qualité»). Google Traduction ne se foule pas, qui propose comme équivalent français… enshitification, avec une f en moins.

J'ai essayé Firefox avec les plug-ins , ça marche bien mais l'image est un peu saccadée.

Pfff j'ai encore fait un malaise au centre de rééducation 😬

Marre de la dysautonomie. Franchement, j'aimerais tellement ne plus avoir d'étourdissements dès que je fais le moindre petit exercice physique impliquant des variations de position...

D'ailleurs si des personnes concernées ont des tips sur le sujet, je prends 😊

@qana_sucre Mon rameur me permet de faire des exercices cardio/muscu assez complets avec des changements de position réduits au minimum, mais :

  • Pas forcément le cas pour tt le monde.
  • Un rameur correct, ça coûte un bras.

@qana_sucre Si vous voulez creuser :

  • Certains modèles de rameur peuvent être rangés à la verticale quand ils ne sont pas utilisés. Mais c'est pas du haut de gamme.

  • Il est parfois possible de s'entendre avec le club d'aviron du coin pour venir faire des exercices. Si on connaît les gens.

Il est peut être aussi possible de faire des exercices de muscu en salle sur banc, couchée sur le dos et en développant peu. C'est bon pour la santé, mais les entraîneurs ont tendance à ne pas le proposer aux femmes.

Et certains bancs de muscu permettent de faire des exercices couchée sur le ventre, avec une ouverture dans le banc pour pas s'écraser les seins.
