I was a little heavy-handed with the garlic in tonight’s pasta: it tasted great, but I could probably drop a vampire at 50 paces. Starting to suspect my cooking habits are getting in the way of my quest for immortality.
Tonight’s #FediArmyChef is a second attempt at Korean Fried Chicken. I’m experimenting this time - last time it felt that the chicken was actually pretty close to the famous BBQ “olive chicken” (like seen in Goblin). So I’m going to adjust the seasoning and see if I can make it.
@rLok I remember going with my German classmate to yum cha in Sydney and I introduced her to chicken feet. Hahaha! She closed her eyes and ate them, and then ate more with her eyes open. She loved it.
It’s been a long day (it started at 5:30 with a call to my publisher) so I’m going lazy for #FediArmyChef. I also just got my Recipe Tin Eats cookbook, so I’m trying one of the recipes in there - Teriyaki Beef Bowls! This is not authentic (it has beef mince), but I’m guessing it will be tasty, so don’t judge 😋
@rLok even if they do have it, it doesnt mean the PHI is safe. You'd be shocked at what I have seen and the carelessness of people. The lack of trainjng and consequences means PHI is never secure as it should be.
