Tofu chopped - now to cook it up!

The tofu came as two slices, each pressed into a shape of for squares
And then I chopped it up. For my first attempt Iโ€™ve chose to chop each of the smaller squares in half, making a set of rectangles.

@GQB yeah - Iโ€™m going to experiment a little. A low-salt soy or just water the soy down a bit more. Iโ€™m assuming in addition to the soy, the gachugaru chilli powder must be salty. To be clear - it was still tasty, just possibly a little cruel to my arteries ๐Ÿ˜…

FAAAAAAAAAAAAARK.
Stupid Microsoft inconsistency. In pretty much every Microsoft product, hitting the close (X) button on a document closes that document, not the entire app. But not MS Project, oh no. It closes all your fucking files. And, of course, it's the one office app that doesn't support auto-save.

Okay... let's start these edits again...

(yes, it did ask me to confirm and I should have twigged, but I was busy and hit OK too quickly)
