Czy macie jakieś sprawdzone kremy czy psik-psiki z filtrem, które się szybko wchłaniają i nie spływają z potem ale też nie łapią kurzu na polnych i leśnych drogach?

@mark I’d rather argue that it’s random people doing mindless shit. Just no respect for other people’s property…

In Poland we get that a lot. Bent whipers, folded or broken mirrors, no air in tires, stolen badges, trim. In more severe cases there are people jumping on every car hood along the street or you might find your car with no wheels, supported on a pile of bricks…

Whatever there is to do with a parked car, it will eventually happen…😂

@mark Sorry, I just forgot Tesla can do the recording… That’s funny because in Europe Tesla is considered a luxury, or at least expensive brand and they should not have random things coming off just like that…

Also, I always thought european cars are better, until we’ve recently purchased a used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica (crashed in US, imported to Poland and repaired) and it has more features than 2024 BMW M5 for 3x the money…😂

Mój syn miał zapalenie wyrostka robaczkowego. Przyjęty w poniedziałek (w sumie już wtorek, bo po północy) na dyżur w Szczecinie w szpitalu przy Unii Lubelskiej. Bałem się tam jechać, bo ludzie bardzo narzekali na SOR tutaj, ale... Przyjechałem z objawami zatrucia raczej (ból brzucha, silne wymioty), od razu ktoś przyszedł i się nim zajął. Szybko stwierdzili że to może być wyrostek (dla mnie to było spore zaskoczenie), USG na potwierdzenie. Uznali że jego stan nie jest na tyle poważny żeby operować od razu, wszystko wytłumaczyli, opowiedzieli. Z samego rana go zabrali, zoperowali, przywieźli z powrotem. Na samym oddziale wszyscy bardzo przyjaźni i mili, bardzo konkretni. Jestem bardzo, ale to bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony.

@SceNtriC Ja jeszcze trafiłem na kolejnych geniuszy, którzy nie wiedzieli, że trzeba się pospieszyć do duszącego się w reakcji na aspirynę astmatyka…😂 Czekałem na karetkę kilka godzin, dosłownie zmuszając się do oddychania. Jeszcze nigdy, po najcięższych nawet cwiczeniach nie miałem tak wykończonej przepony…😁 Jak przyjechali to już nie szło ze mną porozmawiać nawet…🤡 @msztolcman

Yay! I’m not a car guy, but I’m really in love with this one. The bus our family needed. It’s huge, not very fuel efficient, but it’s vast and comfortable for a family of 5 with 3 child seats and luggage. It has everything I could ever dream of, with adaptive cruise control, 360° cameras, panoramic roof, CarPlay, etc…

Lesson for the future, if you’re ever ordering a built-in fridge with a service of mounting it in place… They carried it upstairs, removed the old fridge and put the new one on the spot, but then they stopped, refusing to go further, because… The fridge had right side hinges and the cupboard had left side ones. Spent hours levelling the shit, putting it just in the right spot, flipping fridge hinges, gaskets and sorting out all the little plastic bits and pieces…

The sky is crying as the new owner has towed the broken Citroen away. Happy Sunday, as I dub it a success, selling a junk that doesn’t work.

Our new car gets on its rightful parking spot!🥰

Now I only need to deal with the registration and the tow bar so it’s finally ready to carry bicycles to the next holiday destination!😂

update! Yesterday I’ve done a 180km round trip to drop my boys off to my parent’s countryside house, highway speed, ACC one way, country roads back. Much better fuel economy.

Also, I’ve pushed it a bit on the highway and it went 170km/h with no effort. I’d push it more if not the kids in the car and because I was already way over the speed limit.

Need to visit Germany…😁

It’s cars day, a bit unfortunately.

I’ve had a first in-person meeting about our old engine damaged car. There is a chance it will sell.

In the new car, I’m surprised that 2 things I’d dub a gimmick are actually quite nice to have:

  1. Panoramic sunroof ☀️ - it’s great to have light in the car but it can be also opened and we actually use it a lot (kids enjoy it)

  2. Built in vacuum - it’s surprisingly strong and I end up having to clean up after children a lot…🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

! It’s been a busy morning!

I’ve rebuilt our old crib for little Sophie, as she’s outgrown her first bed!🥰 That goes with a little bit of paint here and there in the bedroom and moving some other furniture!🥰

Also, tow bar for the car has been delivered and luckily managed to stop the courier downstairs, so he didn’t drag 30 package up, so I’d have to carry it back down from the 3rd floor…

I’ve ended the day serving as a bike mechanic…🤷🏻‍♂️ We decided to swap the bars with his older (size smaller) bike, because the new one is slightly too big for him, measuring freakishly wide 700mm…

He’s 7 and the bike is designed for kids age 8-11. Previously I replaced the tires so it’s now lower to the ground and shoved the saddle all the way to the front…😂
