Well hunni, I'd go visit my GP, get the ball rolling for a diagnosis, but I don't know if that's an option where you are. You should also see if there's any charities or support groups near you that can offer advice. I think talking to folks with headmates might really help you x

There's a legend from Rarotonga 🇨🇰 that the 7th-century sailor Ui-te-Rangiora went far enough towards Antarctica that he encountered sea ice, thus beating husky-eating European/Japanese explorers by centuries.

It's hard to judge if it's true, as there's plenty of European corruption to the story.
