Lying to your therapist like this has to be one of the dumbest things you can do. As long as you don’t tell them you are actively planning ways to do it they’re not going to lock you up for admitting you have suicidal thoughts.
You good bro? You can only advance mentally/physically by overcoming problems think about your family,friends,pets etc before you think about depressing stuff as a defacto.
