200ok,

Reminds me of a saying, “that some of the best days of our lives haven’t happened yet”.

200ok,

If you pay $1 for Gmail, and Google pays you $1 for your data, isn’t that equivalent to where we are today?

There’s the issue of consent

200ok,

That becomes true again once you turn 40

I think it's interesting seeing people in the restroom. Like if it's just some number 1, conversation time. But if it's number 2, no eye contact, no words to be had. Like you're ashamed of your own poo baby. Be proud of that loaf bro... You made that with your own body.

@showerthoughts

200ok,

This will make a great subtitle for your memoir

200ok,

Put that on my tombstone

200ok,

I don’t usually yuck someone’s yum, but yuck.

I’m afraid to open that link. Someone please tell me that at least some part of this is illegal and punishable.

How should I change my polite behavior to be more accommodating?

My parents raised me to always say “yes sir” and “no ma’am”, and I automatically say it to service workers and just about anyone with whom I’m not close that I interact with. I noticed recently that I had misgendered a cashier when saying something like “no thank you, ma’am” based on their appearing AFAB, but...

200ok,

I can relate! Thank you for helping put a reason behind the ick I was instinctively feeling!!

200ok,

I am a native English speaker and had to Google “peel an orange in his pocket”. It does not mean what I assumed.

200ok,

That’s what I thought, too*

200ok,

rationales justifying these fees routinely do not recognize them as a form of punishment and instead policymakers see pay-to-stay as financial reimbursement to the state by portraying incarcerated people as using up system resources. The justification allows pay-to-stay statutes to survive legal arguments alleging double punishment.

200ok,

Same. When the red and blue are the same intensity they clash.

Maybe if it was a dark, muted navy blue?

200ok,

The goose is like a Missing Stair!

200ok,

Ooh, I just reread that definition. Technically the loose goose was signposted and therefore not a missing stair.

200ok,

Does anyone remember how much midi ringtones used to cost?

200ok,

I wish I was that cool back then 😂

200ok,

Sounds like you listened to her needs and cared about her feelings 🥹

Why is there a surge of deodorant products mostly advertised to women in the US?

So I have balls and yeah they’re the first thing on my body to start to smell. I can skip a shower if I’m in a hurry and I don’t smell much. That’s with working a job that’s usually physical. I was a punk kid fucking punk girls when I was younger and we didn’t bathe every day. I didn’t notice much smell then....

200ok,

You guys are seeing ads?

200ok,

My mom says I’m cool 😎

200ok,

Ahh, that makes sense, definitely.

200ok,

Good point re:radio.

I can’t imagine the conversation between the client and the ad agency in these cases.

200ok,

You’re as old as you feel! >Heel click<

200ok,

When everybody’s looking at her, she’ll be looking at you

200ok,

Gotcha! Thanks for sharing. It seems so confusing… there’s so much to learn.
