Often auhors can share preprint versions of articles. Although she died you might contact the research institute she was affiliated with at that time. But with respect to the date chances might be that they never stored a digital version of that paper.
Maybe you can look for something like a national archive. In Germany I think anything with an ISBN published in germany goes into the national archive, even PhD thesis with a count of probably 10 readers.
