It's nesting season for #birds! Do consider keeping your #cat indoors. If it kills one bird, that bird can no longer feed its 3 or 4 young -- so they end up dying too.
And, there are a lot of species that are ground nesters, and some in shrubs -- easy targets for a cat that sees something to play with.
