I am just sick of the London ‘intelectuelati’ paying feck all attention to the details, ignoring the fact that this was widely debated over many months, supported by a majority of the parties in Holyrood and then derided by our ‘betters’ in the south. A poorly written and pathetically thought though diatribe.
@Wen The New European is another fine example of the publications, commentators, podcasts etc which came to prominence and built their audiences on the back of Brexit, which have reverted to type since Labour's lead in the polls was cemented. Chorley interviewed one of the young activists who protested outside Keith's house t'other day, avoiding the entire issue of the genocide and painting them as stroppy, annoying brats.
@Wen Yeah. The activist put him right in his place though, which was good to see. He came across as petulant and evasive, as do a lot of the aforementioned commentators, whose conspicuous lack of "commentary" on Gaza has coincided with Keith's defence of collective punishment.
