President Joe Biden will travel to Milwaukee on Tuesday to highlight his administration’s efforts to grow the economy

It's nice to see him paying attention to Milwaukee.

From the article:

Biden will deliver remarks “on how Bidenomics is investing in America to grow the economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top down,” a White House official told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He is likely to key in on the Wednesday anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act, which made record investments in clean energy.

It was not immediately clear where in Milwaukee Biden planned to speak or if he would make other stops in the state. The White House did not provide additional details on the trip.

The stop notably comes just over a week before thousands of Republicans are expected to flood Milwaukee for the GOP’s first presidential primary debate, set for Aug. 23. Most of the party’s top candidates are expected to attend, but it remains unclear whether former President Donald Trump — seen as Biden’s most likely opponent — will be onstage.
