The tl;dr: for #BellinghamWA riders of #AmtrakCascades is that day trips to either Seattle or Vancouver BC will end up being a little bit shorter.

Daytripping to #VancouverBC will only give you 4 hours and 15 minutes in the city, instead of 5h55m currently.

Day trips to #Seattle will only give you 6 hours and 20 minutes in the city, instead of the 8 hours you get currently.

@mmb I haven't examined it closely enough to figure out why, but I know that the new SEA-PDX trips are made possible by having some trainsets run multiple trips per day, and aren't the result of adding new equipment. So I'm guessing that they had to adjust our schedule to use staff or equipment more efficiently or something?
