🤣 🤣 🧐
Screenshot from an email still being sent to people who are no longer members of the Labour Party.

@fkamiah17 I havent got that email - hopefully I have been fully purged from the cess-pit that has become

Of course, when they stop being utterly shit, I would be happy to help out

@OliverNoble "When they stop being utterly shit" or, "when they start being an actual Labour party again" ...

JamesBoag,

@fkamiah17 possibly an issue with the management innit, No one wants to order the Lamb and get Tory scum all over again do they ;)

@JamesBoag Someone ought to tell blah blah blah 😂

“We abandoned you, why have you abandoned us" shows considerable disconnect

fkamiah17,
@fkamiah17@toot.wales avatar

@sufferforme Only if you're so focused on power at the expense of everything else and treat what were your "traditional voters" like expendenable mugs.

@fkamiah17 @sufferforme
Personally, I think it has been worse than that - a hostile takeover by conservatives infiltrating the Labour party to negate the usual two-party state of affairs

fkamiah17,
@fkamiah17@toot.wales avatar

@sufferforme I don't agree. It was a hostile takeover of the actual Labour party by its own right wing, which then moved further right to cement its hold on power because it believed that playing to the gammons was their way in.

@fkamiah17 @sufferforme
I agree with the mechanics of what you describe, but I do not believe the labour party was their natural home in the first place

fkamiah17,
@fkamiah17@toot.wales avatar

@sufferforme Fair point.

@sufferforme @fkamiah17
Maybe not, but I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they believed the labour party was more their natural home than any of the alternatives, when they joined.
Nearly all of Starmers top people should have joined CHUK when that happened though.

@duckwhistle @sufferforme The operative point there being "when they joined". A lot of the front bench have, shall we say, adjusted their world view to increase their salary.
