If you look at the Freedom Caucus and the Ukraine aide vote, you'll realize the US and Parliamentary systems really don't have much difference after all.
The "two party system" is not actually a system, not enshrined anywhere, has changed values a number of times, and really is quite obviously at this point a natural way democratic countries sort themselves out for better or worse.
