Russia said on March 20 that U.S. spy satellites launched in collaboration with private companies such as SpaceX would be a “legitimate target for retaliatory measures, including military ones.”
I mean, satellite orbits are public knowledge, so…… no? You can just Google that stuff, and so can Russia, e.g. satellitemap.space Arguably the new Starshield cluster may be launched into secretive orbits but those tend to get found out pretty quickly and easily, if not downright published for collision avoidance purposes.
