I think it can definitely be helpful, although some people’s experience of being neurodivergent might be so painfully disabling might make them somewhat dubious.
As soon as you stop believing you have to be a certain way that someone else is trying to impose on you, life gets a lot happier and healthier, yes. If knowing there are other people like you helps that, then great.
