Not how this works. Humans generally put more emphasis on negative events than positive ones. So you notice them more often.

In addition to this, it’s also because of how we normalize our happiness levels over time, such that a series of good things ends up feeling monotone. So any disruption, even if it’s minor, will be highlighted in recent memory.
