If there's one person that deserves the title of "evil genius" is probably Getúlio Vargas:
- played fascists and communists against each other to attain power;
- immediately turned against fascists;
- kneecapped communists by giving a bunch of workers' rights and other policies that made him known as "big father of the poor";
- unified Brazil with a bunch of genocides;
