Justin Johnson - Long Black Veil - 2024 (blues)

I thought this was a great take on a classic.

Long Black Veil was originally recorded by Lefty Frizzell, but there are timeless versions recorded by a long number of artists. My personal favourites are those of Nick Cave and Johnny Cash. Mick Jagger also did a version with the Chieftains.
