To paraphrase David Lee Roth “It doesn’t feel like almost 7:30 here on deck.” Whatever the case, this Woodford’s mighty tasty. 😉 #MusicOfMastodon #ClassicRock #1984
@bluesenthused The Cold Stares are great! I bought my custom shop strat from Chris a few years back that he used on one of their earlier releases (it's a great strat too!)
"A pioneering record-label owner and engineer, she played guitar in a raw and unapologetically abrasive way. 'Whatever song it was,' she said, 'I always creamed it.'"

@HailsandAles@MFDOOMALLCAPS ah! About 15 years ago I got my Kansas phase. I love what they did up to the beginning of the '80s, and then being reborn didn't help the quality of the music 😬
As my progressive rock continues, I'm looking for more help from you fabulous people. YOu helped me yesterday with Hawkwind. So today's question is where should I start with Asia? #progrock? #progressiverock#classicrock
@Great_Albums I like a lot of the material on On To Victory, but the mixing is horrendous. I thought maybe it was just the pressing on my vinyl copy, but what is on YouTube that I've heard sounds the same.
@gogmagog Not a terrible album by any means, but it was a case of Steve wanting to do R&B as he aged but the record label wanting a slick hard rock sound... so it ended up somewhere in the middle.
