Making better progress!! The red one was fiddly and ended up pretty wavy 🤣🤣
The grey looked really daunting at first but I quickly got into the swing of it, and I'm chuffed with the end result, I can see working this pattern into future projects 🥰

So after much frogging, and a little swearing 🤬
I put on my 'big girl pants' and worked through the pattern last night, the perseverance paid off!

Finished the latest square last night, it was really difficult to get the tension right on this one!
So it feels a little tighter than the others, size wise it's turned out ok 😃

Latest two squares for all who are still interested 🙂
Some are easier than others, these both required a little frogging 🤣
But once I got into them were pretty straightforward, problem with each square being different I'm just getting the hang of the pattern and it's done!! 🙃

The first square below has been the most complicated, and I'm not sure I have the pattern completely right, but the dark yarn, hides it I think, also I reckon to anyone who doesn't know what the pattern should look like they'll never know. It took the days to get to where it is so I wasn't going to start again 🤔🤔
The second was tough but I got the hang of it fairly quickly 😄😄

Ran out of the original yellow on this one so it's got a colour change at the outer edge, but as I'm doing the whole project from Stash yarn, it was to be expected!!
The pattern looked complicated but I managed it by reading the paper pattern 😁

These are the last two squares, of my stash project, every square is different so it's a bit like a patchwork quilt sampler 🥰

If I do this design again, I will definitely work with lighter colours as the pattern advised, the darker squares don't show off the patterns very well!
But I have used a substantial amount of my stash!!

I've never really taken to crochet, but I'm doing so many exciting other things at the moment. This is the result of the last workshop I went to. It's not finished, and I'm not sure yet what I will do with it, but I love it.

I'm now supposed to wave a heat gun over it to shrink and/or tear some of the fibres. I don't think I can bring myself to do that
