@GottaLaff on a quick skim, there's so much bullshit happening in this opinion. The Dobbs logic is infuriating as ever and they really lean into the usual shitty studies, but my favorite absurdity is this "(emphasis added)" that seems to imply parental rights are only meant to be used to guarantee grandchildren.
