#osm2gmaps v0.4.1 release:

• fix some Google Maps links not being converted correctly
• fix some openstreetmap.org links not being converted correctly
• fix toolbar menu not working in about and config activities
• fix footer links not working in about and config activities
• update locales (French, Italian, Dutch)
• code enhancement
