@collette I am planning on writing a whole blog about it all but Joseph Popp was caught, blamed the WHO for setting him up, was extradited to the UK, took to wearing cardboard boxes as clothes when he was awaiting trial, was declared mentally unfit to have a trial and then came back to the US and set up a butterfly sanctuary. All very odd.
