@sirvalkyerie Are you adding moderators with accounts on your own instance or trying to add accounts from other instances?

@dannekrose clicking the "moderators" button on the side panel on @mma spins for awhile and then gives me a 500 Server Error

I don't get to the point of being able to enter any usernames or anything

@sirvalkyerie Did you open up the Magazine Panel and then click the Moderators tab at the top?

I did. And when I was doing that it would just take me to a 500 Server Error response.

Now it's giving me a little box to add a moderator but when I enter the username it says "This Field Cannot Be Left Blank"

So there's progress

nevermind! usernames are case sensitive? I didn't realize that. It's all good now! Thanks for the help

I ask because I suspect that you can’t add moderators from other instances. They can be moderators for the local copy of the magazine on their own instance, but they wouldn’t be moderators on the magazine on your instance.
