main@lemmy.ca just posted they believe they have it up and connected again. 2 weeks ago they had 25 users total, the last week they've added ~30 a day, and it's one guy song everything manually

Same issue here. For some reason, kbin doesn’t like lemmy.ca? Tried all the tricks to get it to load ontario@lemmy.ca but nothing works.

Yet, I guess.

I know we’re in early beta and they’re doing their best. They must be completely overwhelmed right now.

I was having the same problem. If you search the community you want to join with "community-name@hosting-instance" it should appear. Or it did for me

I tried that as well, for some reason it's not available, I have posted on other instances and they also seem to have trouble finding it. Must be growing pains! I guess I could just set up an account there too. :P

I think @communityname@lemmy.ca should do it. This part of kbin is a bit clunky. I'm sure it'll get fixed 😀

Yeah I tried that too! Looks like others are having trouble accessing it from other instances. Growing pains I guess :P
