Is there an existing functionality to "pin" articles or comments in Kbin, like there is in Reddit? This is very useful for keeping welcome articles and general announcements at the top of the list so they're easy to find.
Mods can pin articles in the magazines they moderate, if you click "moderate" it should be the second option that pops up. I don't think pinning comments is possible though
