Believe it or not a lot of programs still have not migrated, though it’s more often they have migrated but the Purchaser is cheap af using software 2 decades out of date.

Safari is not cool. Ask any web developer. They didn’t stop making it on windows for any other reason than “people only use this when they think it’s their only option”
