Claims like "vitamin C boosts immunity" or "red wine gives longevity" I just call unfounded claims or misunderstanding of science, even though there are financial interests behind them and keep conspiracy theories only for 9/11 or vaccines and 5G stuff. BTW, vegetables, including spinach, are really very healthy.
