@johanneskastl Since 2012, all of my pictures and videos have been sync'd to my server. Over that time, I haven't been meticulous about tagging people and events, making it hard to find specific things and overwhelming to attempt to consume it at all. The facial recognition has been useful for identifying pictures/videos of my kids, family members, friends, etc., making it all much more intuitive.

@roberthurdman Somewhere in-between. It's not trivially easy, but mainly a matter of installing some extra dependencies and downloading models, etc.

@TerryHancock The facerecognition one seems to be doing a good job of identifying people in our home videos as well!
