If general, ignore it, imo, unless you have a profanity policy that outlines what is profane. To me, 'fuck off', Jerry is the same as 'feck off, Jerry.' Who is to decide what is extreme or unnecessary? Your comfort level? Feck off is less extreme than fuck off? If poster ends up doing harassment, suspend without warning, would be my response.
