Well shit... The last time I saw memes about how ridiculous an Apple product looked, they were about the AirPods and they ended up being ridiculously popular.
It doesn't matter how silly it looks to us at first, Apple could convince people that wearing dog feces on their face looks cool. Unfortunately.
Eeeeh, kinda? Gargoyles weren’t specifically VR users, though they were using VR. They also had computer parts strewn all over their body and if I recall correctly, they had cameras for surveillance, too.
It’s a slow burn but definitely worth a watch. Keep in mind that it came out before smartphones and the Internet really took off. It predicted a lot of modern tech.
