They are not asylum seekers. They are welfare and jobseekers. When COVID hit, their job markets declined. Anywhere from fishermen, to carpenters, to welfare seekers. I have seen a migrant near a street begging for help. He does not know any English or Spanish. Do you expect we learn his language so he can feel welcomed? He does not belong here. If you are coming from a country and doing business with cartels to get to the border, and your country is not under any war, what does that say of the quality of people coming to the border? Not very good. Mass migration that consists of less paid economic classes will form ghettos and limit their ability to assimilate into the culture of the host country. This is what you see in Europe. This is what you see in Canada.
