This year marks the 100 year anniversary of Martin Chambí's birth. An Indigenous photographer from Peru, his work centered on humanizing Quechua peoples and the leagacy of the Incas in Peru. This Indigenous artist has even been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA), most famously in 1979 and 2022-2023. #photography#indigenous#art#museum
