The state of Texas forced a woman to risk her life carrying a fetus that could not survive outside of the womb putting her life at risk as well as her future fertility in jeopardy.
Texas also argued any state cannot force you to wear a mask to prevent the spread of a disease that will kill already born immunocompromised infants.
IMO, abortion is a decision for the patient and/or doctor to make. Keep Uncle Sam out of the womb! Body Autonomy is not something that can be given to a citizen, it is inherent in being a person.
But but think about the pain the lump of cells without a brain can’t feel! Think of the murder of the human that’s still just a parasitic lump of goop! The morality!
